Anne and Michael were married in December on a stunning day at the beautifully eclectic Pine Forest in Centennial Park. This has to be one of our favourite outdoor ceremony locations as it has such a wistful feel about it and it’s actually a very private spot. The styling by ‘Blessed Days’ was stunning with pretty white fold out wooden chairs and two gorgeous lounge chairs at the front for the signing of the register. Anne & Michael also had a champagne service by ‘Events by Nadia’
Anne & Michael’s wedding had a lovely relaxed feel and after the ceremony, the guests enjoyed the beautiful area while sharing some beverages. Not too soon afterwards, a bus came over and collected all of the guests to take them to the reception at the amazing 4Fourteen restaurant in Surry Hills.
This restaurant was amazing and in fact, Karl boasted that he had never tasted a more delicious meal in his life. 4Fourteen is owned and run by well know chef Colin Fassnidge. The restaurant has a strong community feeling drawing everyone in like a big family get together – eclectic, funky and urban. While Anne and Michael had a few photos in Centennial Park and around Surry Hills, the guests enjoyed mingling at the restaurant with some nibbles.
With the arrival of the new husband and wife, there was plenty of cheering and more mingling before all of the amazing food came out. There were warm tears and plenty of laughter during the speeches.
Anne and Michael couldn’t stop smiling all day – thanks so much for allowing us to be a part of your special day.
